☀Gentle foothills, and
in the dew drops of the mountains,
soaked, I waited for you--
grew wet from standing there
in the dew drops of the mountains.

Wrapped in his warm yukata, the Asian nation sat patiently, awaiting his friend's arrival.
Japan had invited his dear friend, Greece, over to his house for a few days. Winter was just nipping at the fall air, beckoning it's return for it's portion of the year. It was hot year-round where his friend was located all the time, the land of Sparta.
It was beautiful, Heracles's history just waiting to be revealed little by little underneath all of the earh. But, as gorgeous as it seemed, hot weather like that would not be pleasant all the time. So, maybe a few days to cool off in his own country would give the Grecian the time off he needs.
He had planned for him to come in the most relaxing way possible...
By sea. With a few pulled strings and a promise of 2 weeks vacation, Kiku was able to arrange a private boat trip here with only a crew of 4 men. That way, Heracles was assured much-needed peace, and quite the napping time.
He knew it would take a while for him to get here, but the time was coming close for him to come inland. To his land.
The thought made him smile, butterflies of excitement warming his tummy. He really did enjoy Greece's company, though the way they acted was quite opposite of one another. Vigorous, yet laid-back was the brunette's personality, while calm and collected, though can be easily flustered was how you could describe the black-haired male.
But, as they say... opposites attract, right?
So, here he sat, legs beging embraced by a fluffy pillow, and his favorite navy-blue yukata wrapped snug around his body. The air stung with late autumn chill, but the sun warming his face was a pleasant contrast to it.
His body relaxed underneath Mother Nature, lost in thoughts of how he would spend his time together with his dear companion once he arrived.

you grew wet there
